Overview: Various firm report watermarks are able to be added in the Admin Centre to ensure reports are watermarked accordingly.
Note: There is already a 'DRAFT' and 'CONFIDENTIAL' watermark in the system ready to be used.

Adding watermarks
From the Ledger Admin Centre, click on Report Watermarks.
The below screen will pop up.
To add a watermark, click + New Watermark.
The following screen will pop up where you will be required to enter some information.
Add a watermark name and the text to appear when the watermark is selected. For this example, an 'Internal Use Only' watermark will be created.
The font size will be changed to 100 and the transparency will be changed to 25% by dragging the blue dot.
Select the placement of the watermark when added to a report. There are nine options to choose from. 'Centre' will be selected for this example.
If you wish to tilt the 'INTERNAL USE ONLY' watermark in the report, assign a figure to the 'Rotation Angle'. For this example, 325 will be outlined.
Finally, if you wish for the report watermark to be the default watermark when adding to a report, select the 'Default' checkbox. Otherwise, leave unticked as below.
Once happy with the watermark, click Save and Close.
Using the watermark in a report

Once you are happy with your report, click Generate Report.
To add a watermark, click the downwards arrow next to + Watermark and select the appropriate one.
The 'Internal Use Only' watermark created will look like this.
