Understanding Active Platform tenant offerings
Active is a SaaS offering delivered through a range of server resources and data stores that support multiple tenants, designed to ensure efficiency and scalability.
We implemented logical separation of data across our backend infrastructure to keep your data safe. We use techniques including Row-Level Security (databases), separate SharePoint site collections, and independent folder security to ensure your data remains private and secure.
However, we understand that some clients desire their data to be physically separated within our infrastructure. For these cases, we offer single-tenant options for specific resources upon request. These resources include:
