Storage limits
As an Active Workpapers user, you are entitled to a specified amount of document storage under your signed order form.
Each Active licensed user is entitled to 25 gigabytes of document storage. This means that if you have 10 licensed users, your storage limit would be 250 gigabytes.
It's important to note that the storage limit is calculated on a per-firm basis. This means that if you have multiple offices or locations, the storage limit will be shared among all users in the firm.
If you exceed the storage limit for your licensed users, an additional charge of 25 gigabytes per licensed user per month will apply.
