Cause
This issue can arise due to conflicting email addresses logged into Excel Desktop.
Resolution
Sign out of Excel desktop completely.
Open the binder directly from the Active Workpapers website.
If the issue persists, clear the contents of the following folders:
C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Microsoft\OneAuth
C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Microsoft\IdentityCache
