Error
When opening a binder in Excel and signing in with a Microsoft account, users may occasionally encounter a "Something went wrong [7anyj]" error.

Cause
This issue can arise due to conflicting email addresses logged into Excel Desktop.
Resolution
- Sign out of Excel desktop completely. 
- Open the binder directly from the Active Workpapers website. 
If the issue persists, clear the contents of the following folders:
- C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Microsoft\OneAuth
- C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Microsoft\IdentityCache
