How to troubleshoot Active workpapers browser screen loading issues with NordVPN

To assist users of NordVPN to load Active Workpaper UI screens correctly.

Issue

Some NordVPN users may experience issues with loading screens in the Active Platform. The page may load incompletely or display errors.

Cause

Browser security features in NordVPN may restrict Active Workpaper pages from loading fully.


Resolution

  1. Click the NordVPN icon in the system tray.

  2. Untick the highlighted Threat Protection Pro modules.

  3. Close and reopen your browser.

  4. Log back into my.businessfitness.com.au to test if the issue is resolved.​

If the issue persists, also try clearing your browser cache or try opening Active in other browsers.


Alternative resolution

Whitelist Active Workpaper URLs in NordVPN.

If you're unable to access specific Active Platform URLs while NordVPN's Threat Protection Pro (Web) is enabled, you can whitelist the relevant websites by following these steps:

  1. Open your NordVPN application.

  2. Click the Shield icon (Threat Protection Pro) on the left-side menu bar.

  3. Under the Advanced Browsing Protection feature, click Manage.

  4. Find the website you're unable to access in the listed websites.

  5. Click the three dots next to the website and select Exclude this domain from threat blocking.

Once the website is excluded, try accessing the Active Platform again.
