Overview: We found that on some machines, when a user navigates to Admin Centre > Ledger Admin > Report Styles > Enables the Excel style section > downloads the Master Report Style Template for Excel styling, and opens the file, they may encounter the following error:

Check if multiple versions of Microsoft Office are installed. If so, remove any duplicate installations. Then try downloading a fresh master report style template and see if the issue persists?
If the issue persists, right-click the downloaded file, select Properties, and if available, click Unblock. and try again.
