Issue
We found that on some machines, when a user navigates to Admin Centre > Ledger Admin > Report Styles > Enables the Excel style section > downloads the 'Master Report Style Template' for Excel styling, and opens the file, they may encounter the following error.
Repairing it shows this.
Resolution
Check if multiple versions of Microsoft Office are installed. If so, remove any duplicate installations. Then try downloading a fresh master report style template and see if the issue persists?
If the issue persists, right-click the downloaded file, select Properties, and if available, click Unblock and try again.
