Issue
When using the Inter-Entity Loan Matrix, some firms may encounter the following error when linking accounts within the matrix:
ArgumentException: Unable to find the requested status.
Resolution
Ask your Active Platform admin to check if there is a status configured in the Admin Centre that has an underlying system status of 'Created'.
To do this, go the Admin Centre and under the Workpapers banner, click Record Status.
If no such status exists, please create one. Afterward, log out of the Platform, wait 10 minutes, then log back in and try again.
