When using the Inter-Entity Loan Matrix, some firms may encounter the following error when linking accounts within the matrix:

​ArgumentException: Unable to find the requested status.
​

Ask your Active Platform admin to check if there is a status configured in the Admin Centre that has an underlying system status of 'Created'.

To do this, go the Admin Centre and under the Workpapers banner, click Record Status. ​

If no such status exists, please create one. Afterward, log out of the Platform, wait 10 minutes, then log back in and try again.
