Overview: Users may encounter issues if they manually rename sheets within Excel. When this happens, the renamed sheets will no longer prefill data into the associated summary page
(e.g., D03 Debit Loan Summary) as seen below:
We don’t recommend renaming sheets directly in Excel as this breaks the named ranges that feed data into the summary page.
Resolution
To fix this, rename these sheets back to their original name. If this does not work then, you may need to move the sheets that were renamed out of the excel workbook/binder and keep them for reference. There are some instructions in the following help article on how to do this:
see section: 'Insert actual worksheet into binder in help article' in the following help article;
How to reference a worksheet in another binder
Afterwards use the Active workpapers taskpane to insert fresh loan records; this time avoid changing the sheet names in excel. Rather, you can change the name of the records in the active workpapers taskpane for reference. This should allow data to flow into the summary page correctly.
